Primary responsibility is to build/strengthen relationship with Sales Partners and increase productivity from the base of agents



  • Manages transfer of new Sales Partner information by Recruiter
  • Conducts training and orientation of new Sales Partners
  • Sets monthly sales objectives
  • Monitors actual sales results versus targets
  • Monitors Sales Partner activation % (signed vs active agents)
  • Reviews Sales Partner portfolio profitability and works to increase per deal profitability and overall portfolio profitability
  • Conducts proactive outbound contact with Sales Partners and builds relationships
  • Manages strategic sales support
  • Visits clients
  • Promotes sales
  • Assists with communication to Sales Partners (content for monthly newsletter, email announcements, etc.)
  • Runs competition analysis to communicate to Sales Partnership Group
  • Reviews Sales Partner merchant attrition
  • Reviews and assist with pended merchant applications
  • Resolves commission issues

Job Requirements

Qualifications (skills/experience)

  • University / College degree or combination of education and equivalent and related work experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience within account management, sales or contract negotiation
  • Strong computer skills (Ms Office, CRM database)
  • Excellent communication skills to establish & maintain relationships
  • Very good time-management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Career minded with well-developed business development and relationship management skills
