To provide day-to-day operational and technical support to the US base Sales Partners via phone and email.




  • Maintaining merchant accounts;
  • Communicating with Sales Partners;
  • Developing relationships ;
  • Following up with Partners and internal departments;
  • Analyzing merchant statements;
  • Evaluating merchant pricing;
  • Requesting refunds.

Job Requirements

Qualifications (skills/experience)


  • High School Diploma
  • Preferred to have 3-5 years’ experience within account management, sales or technical support
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM database)
  • Excellent communication skills to establish & maintain relationships
  • Very good time-management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Career minded with well-developed business development skills


Working Language


  • English (written and spoken) is the language used 99% of the time, as work colleagues and clientele are both geographically dispersed within and outside of Quebec
  • Internal communications between colleagues occur in English or in French, depending on the parties involved. Strategic suppliers are located outside of Quebec
  • A basic knowledge of French is required for any position located within Quebec. English is required for this position, as it could report to someone outside of Quebec, and requires frequent out of province communications
